Do you hate the thought of conflict and confrontation? Are you someone who dislikes the energy of it and will try to avoid it wherever possible, but if it happens, through no fault of your own, it leaves you feeling hurt and depleted – even angry and resentful, but fearful of escalating things and making them worse?
